Terms and Conditions – Kids
School Fees
You will receive an invoice for every semester, according to the classes booked for your child. Our school year begins and ends in accordance with the public primary school in Zurich, Switzerland. If a child joins in the midst of a semester, the course fee will be calculated proportionately. The course fee has to be paid in advance. Siblings get a discount of 10%.
Start
If a child joins in the midst of a semester, the course fee will be calculated proportionately. The fall/winter semester starts in August right after the summer holidays (in accordance with the public primary school in Zurich, Switzerland) and ends in February with the start of the sport holidays. The spring/summer semester starts after the sport holidays in February and ends in July with the start of the summer holidays.
Registration and Deregistration
Once registered, your child is in the chosen class until we receive a written cancellation from you. If you would like to terminate your child’s membership we kindly ask you for written notice latest one month before the end of the semester (deadlines are January 15th and June 15th). Failure to cancel automatically renews membership and you will be billed accordingly.
If a child stops in the midst of a semester the course fees of the current semester have to be paid anyway.

School Fees
You will receive an invoice for every quarter, according to the classes booked for your child. Registrations are possible for 1 – 5 days per week, subject to availability.
If a child joins in the midst of a quarter, the course fee will be calculated proportionately. The course fee has to be paid in advance. >Siblings get a discount of 10%.
Start
Anytime. If a child joins in the midst of a quarter, the course fee will be calculated proportionately.
Deregistration
Once registered, your child is in the chosen class until we receive a written cancellation from you. Cancellations for the following quarter are accepted until: July 1st for August – October, October 1st for November – January, January 1st for February – April, April 1st for May to July. Failure to cancel automatically renews membership and you will be billed accordingly.

Organisation of Courses
Spaces will be assigned in the order of registration. If the number of registrations is insufficient, the course can be cancelled.
Deregistration
Cancellations for the following 10 week course are accepted until two weeks before the next course starts. Failure to cancel before the deadline automatically renews membership and you will have to pay 50% of the course fees.

Refunds
No refunds can be made for absences or illnesses.
Insurance
Course participants/Parents are responsible for accident and liability insurance. The Fun-tastic English Club will not accept liability for any loss of material or damage.
